Are you the friend everyone turns to when their home feels chaotic? Do you naturally take charge, create systems, and make any space feel calm, intentional, and beautifully organized? Align Your Shelf is looking for a talented Lead Organizer to join our growing team!

As a Lead Organizer, you will be the primary guide on client projects—directing Assistant Organizers, managing the flow of each session, and ensuring every client receives the signature Align Your Shelf experience. This role is for someone who loves structure, thrives in leadership, and gets genuine joy from transforming spaces and lives.

Lead Organizer Job Summary

Responsibilities include:

  • Contact with clients: appointment reminders, answering questions, suggestions for organizing supplies, and thank-you notes upon project completion

  • Consultations, payment collection, and scheduling of organizing sessions

  • Perform organizing services at the client's home alone or with Assistant Organizer(s)

  • Keep track of client notes

  • Inform the Company of client project status, changes in appointments, any important client information, etc.

  • Maintain professional demeanor and client confidentiality

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has strong project management and leadership skills

  • Naturally takes initiative and leads with confidence

  • Is detail-oriented, efficient, and calm under pressure

  • Loves creating order and implementing beautiful, functional systems

  • Can work on an as-needed, per-job basis

  • Has reliable transportation and is comfortable traveling to client homes

This is a per-project, contractor-style position with flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow as our company expands.
